I am looking to find a low-cost space for my father to stay that is not far from the Jackson/Metro area (but not in Jackson).
He is a 60 year old man who is able to take care of himself and drive. Willing to do any small jobs if necessary. He has no pets, works as a fill-in drive for a transport company, and is divorced.
The current place he lives is an absolute dump; and we are trying to find any place for him to stay that will be a better alternative. His main source of income is Social Security and monthly retirement. A price range of $200 - $400 a month would be ideal; but we are willing to negotiate.
