We are renting 2 rooms located in the Avalon Court Business Center about a mile from the Reservoir. One room will rent for $225 monthly and one for $275 monthly. You can also rent both for $475 monthly. Electricity is included in the rent and both are partially furnished with a desk and chair. The room renting for $275 includes a hall and cabinets.
