I have heard that the top 15 peoples salaries at Obama Motors (formerly GM) total the same as EVERYONE else that works there, how can any company be productive PAYING GREEDY CEO's that kind of money? I guess they can't.
The Dept. Of Homeland Security’s latest witch hunt has categorized citizens, who exercise their right to disagree with the government and demand accountability, as “Radical Right Wing Extremists and Possible Terrorists”.
We decided that name was too long so we have shortened it to “Americans”.
I read about half of your post when I was faced with the decision of either taking a sledge hammer to my laptop, or educating you. Well, as you can see, I like to help people.
It is this simple. If you want to provide a service such as health care, financial lending, etc., the last thing that you want is government involvement. A politician is a filter collecting money as it passes through his/her hands, and used to either line his/her pockets or to generate jobs for people in government to tax/regulate/subsidise the business in question. Eventually the business closes it's doors because it cannot maintain low prices with such an expensive overhead. With a Socialist economy, every penny for each service is first filtered through the government. It is over regulated by people who do not have competition. Competition drives down price. Obama is right when he says this about health care, but by his plan, he is removing competition by destroying all the companies in the market leaving only the government. Now, the same service or product that you had the choice of purchasing before, you no longer have a choice, you are paying for it. Not only are you paying for it, the price is bloated to the point of no return.
The more control you give the government, the less freedom you have. The whole idea behind creating this country was to get away from tyranny. This country is unique in it's freedom and if you would much rather live in a country with a Socialist government, then move there and stop trying to destroy my country!
Capitolism doesn't work...... What do you think we have been doing since this country was founded genius? It only started going down hill when the government decided to get involved in every facet of the people's lives in the interest of the all mighty dollar.
I am not a Bush supporter so if you decide to argue with me, please don't waste your time bashing Bush. I am against tyranny of government by all presidents; Especially those who pretend to have Conservative views. I am not a conspiracy theorist, Republican, Democrat, Independant, and I do not support any candidate or President who intends to remove my freedoms. I am a Conservative and proud of it! Brave men and women have fought and died all over the world to accomplish what we take for granted every day; A free country. People with ideas like yours are who all of these brave men and women have fought. What in the world makes you think that an honest and proud American would stand for the destruction that Socialism creates? The only people that Socialism benifits are those who control the socioty. All of the citizens become enslaved to the government.
