We are a full-service maintenance, turns, and renovations company operating in nationwide markets, and we are seeking experienced subcontractors specializing in:
- Renovations
-Unit Turns
-Make-Ready
-Scope Completion
- Painters
- Drywall

If you have experience walking units, completing detailed scopes, identifying deficiencies, and ensuring jobs are completed to standard, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Residential renovation and make-ready experience
Ability to complete full scopes of work
Before and after photos required for all completed jobs
Reliable crew and transportation
