The ideal candidate will be a positive and welcoming presence, handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
* Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering updates on vehicle repairs.
* Handle administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and processing paperwork.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Assist with billing, payment processing, and insurance claims paperwork.
