House is not move in ready, so if you're just looking to move this won't work unless you're a handyman and has your own tools, transportation etc etc. and can make the necessary repairs.
But I've dealt with some people on that level in the past and things didn't quite work out like they claimed.
Also as l mentioned above I'm in search of honest investor, with emphasis on (honesty).
