This is the first zoom lens ever produced for the consumer market for 35mm film cameras in 1958. It has been selected for rehousing by Ancient optics with actual rehousing done by GL optics.
Beautiful warm flares similar to canon type SK or rangefinders, kowa prominar, etc.
In my opinion this is the most character rich zoom that covers full frame while maintaining great center sharpness and contrast.
