I have a nice piece of C-3 commercial land for sale on Medgar Evers Blvd. in Jxn Ms. this stretch of land is located right next to the small church (across from the library on medgar evers blvd) on medgar evers blvd. Land doesn't yet have a exact physical address, but very easy to find if you know where library on medgar evers is (4215 Medgar Evers Blvd. Jxn Ms.). Medgar Evers Bvd is a very busy highway so it would be ideal for some type of business, a small house, etc. etc.etc. there is also a small creek that runs along side of and the creek also takes up a small portion of the land. All land taxes have been paid up, parcel # is 408-12-9. Land is approximately 235ft long and 60ft wide on one end and 32ft wide on another end (which runs into the creek). But you can call the county court house and pull that parcel number up ( or go there and view it on the map) and it will tell you exactly. ($10, 000)

Will also trade for some more land closer to the South Jackson McDowell Rd area. Or something else of equal value.
