Come be my roomie! Unfurnished 12' x 11' bedroom with a large closet for rent in a wanderfull furnished rooms with W/D, AC, a fenced yard,
shared storage, and off-street parking.
Available immediately. Rent is $600/month plus 1/2 utilities on a renewable 6 or 12-month lease.
(My sister owns the rooms, and you would have to join me on a lease with a refundable security and pet deposit, if applicable.)
No smoking, cats, guns, or Fox News, but I'd welcome another creative type, political news junkie, gardener, and/or dog owner. Other pets negotiable.
