We handle everything from private jet charters and 5-star suites to security and impossible-to-get reservations.
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for sharp, charismatic, and incredibly detail-oriented individuals to join our team. No prior experience in travel or sales is required – we believe in raw talent and will teach you everything you need to know.
Why You Will Love This Role:
Your Client Roster is the Top 1%: You will exclusively interact with and manage travel for wealthy, fascinating, and often famous clientele. This is not a typical customer service job.
Earn While You Learn: We invest in our people. You will receive a full-time, paid 10-week training program ($700/week) to master the art of luxury travel coordination, sales, and client relations.
Unmatched Earning Potential:
Guaranteed Base Pay: $1,400 per week ($72,800/year) after training.
Uncapped Commission: Earn 4.5% commission on every travel package you sell. Our average package is over $30,000.
Example: Sell one $30k package per month = $1,350 extra monthly commission.

We provide round-trip flight and luxury hotel accommodations for you to experience Dubai firsthand. This is not a vacation; it's essential, all-expenses-paid research to make you an expert.

What You'll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, understanding their unique desires and needs.
Design and present breathtaking, customized travel itineraries (we'll teach you how).
Coordinate all logistics: private flights, VIP airport services, luxury villas, yacht charters, fine dining, and security details.
Provide white-glove service and be available to solve any client need before and during their trip.
