Contract Heavy Equipment Operators | Grading for Pool Installations

OUR INSTALLERS AVERAGE OVER $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH!

Blue World Pools, Inc. is looking for experienced contract Heavy Equipment Operators who are outdoor construction professionals in your area to install above-ground pools for our ready-and-waiting customers.

We provide a steady flow of installs, so you are not wasting time chasing jobs, bidding jobs, or competing for work every day. Our job is to keep your schedule full. Your job is to complete quality installations and get paid quickly. Should be a “no-brainer”.

Immediate work available for experienced dirt workers, heavy equipment operators, landscapers, pavers, grading crews, and construction professionals who are ready to start right away.

IMPORTANT

Before you go any further, you must have all the necessary tools and equipment, must be insured or be able to obtain a valid million-dollar general liability insurance policy, and have a full-time helper. We do not provide any tools, equipment, or helpers. You must also have experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and dirt work. We are not hiring general laborers, helpers, or non-skilled workers for this position at this time.

PAY & PRODUCTION BONUSES

• Installers normally install 20-30 pools per month and average $1,400-$1,600 per install, or AVERAGE OVER $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH!!!
• Paid daily after every completed install
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.86 per mile
• Quick start bonus is an additional $500 bonus check every time you install 5 pools for the first 25 pools
• Weekly Production Bonus is an additional $1,000 per week with 5 weekly installs

REQUIREMENTS: You are not required to own the following tools and equipment. Tools and equipment may be owned, rented, leased, or otherwise. We do not provide tools and equipment for this work.

• Experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading experience (REQUIRED)
• Regardless of experience, new installers are required to attend a 3-day on-the-job training with one of our veteran installers. Installer training teaches experienced pool builders and dirt workers how to build our above-ground pools. Training also serves as our opportunity to confirm that you have the required grading experience and evaluate your readiness and ability to install our pools. Training is not for applicants without experience in precision grading (REQUIRED)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (REQUIRED)
• Must own or have full-time access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing your grading equipment, trailer, and pool materials (REQUIRED)
• Must own or have full-time access to a Skid Steer, Bobcat, Front Loader, or similar grading machine suitable for residential dirt work and pool installations (REQUIRED)
• Must own or have full-time access to a Laser Level or Transit (REQUIRED)
• Must have at least one full-time helper(REQUIRED)
• Must be able to start immediately(REQUIRED)
• Must be willing and able to cover a 200-mile installation radius and install 20 - 30 pools per month (REQUIRED)
