Dry Van and Reefer | 3,000–4,000 Miles Weekly | No-Touch Freight | No-Forced Dispatch
We are hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for dry van and refrigerated freight. Qualified drivers receive strong weekly mileage, late-model equipment, flexible dispatch and fast onboarding—with no first-paycheck hold.
Compensation
Average weekly earnings: $2,800–$3,500
Average weekly mileage: 3,000–4,000 miles
Dry van: up to $0.75 CPM or 33% of gross booked load revenue
Reefer: up to $0.78 CPM or 33% of gross booked load revenue
Loaded and empty miles are paid
Weekly pay with no hold on the first paycheck
Pay package is based on experience, driving record and freight type
Earnings vary based on the approved pay plan, miles completed, freight availability, time on the road and driver performance.

Monthly performance bonuses for qualifying top-mileage drivers
Clean inspection bonuses:
Level 3: $150
Level 2: $325
Level 1: $500

Freight and Operations
Primarily no-touch freight
Drop-and-hook opportunities available
Live pickup and delivery freight
Dry van and reefer positions available
No forced dispatch
Drivers commonly run 600–750 miles on full driving days
Dispatch support focused on consistent miles and efficient routing
All operations must comply with applicable hours-of-service and safety regulations.
Equipment:
Drive fully equipped, late-model equipment, including:
2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadias
2023–2024 Western Star trucks
Truck assignments are based on availability at the time of onboarding.
Home Time
Approximately 3–5 days at home after staying out for 3–4 weeks
Five or more days at home after remaining on the road for more than one month
Home time is coordinated with dispatch

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
At least one year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
Ability to stay OTR for at least 3–4 weeks
No SAP history
No DUI history
No more than two moving violations within the past two years
Acceptable motor vehicle and safety record
Ability to pass required DOT drug, alcohol and background screenings
Professional communication and safe driving habits
Final approval by company safety and insurance departments
Position Classification
This is a 1099 position. Compensation structure, deductions, settlement terms and contractor responsibilities will be explained before onboarding.
